Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

Borussia Monchengladbach Home Shirt 2013-2014

Some shirts are for photographs. This one is for actually wearing — long sessions, long days, and everything in between.

We have watched this home colourway divide a group chat. It usually wins people over in person.

Why supporters pick this one

Ships in plain packaging — suitable for gifting
Ships worldwide with tracking on every order
Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
Crest sealed at the edges so it will not lift after washing
Open-mesh side panels release heat exactly where it builds under stadium lights

Before you choose a size

The single most common reason for a return is expecting a player-issue fit. This is the fan cut: comfortable, forgiving, and designed to be worn for hours rather than ninety minutes.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

Design accents: Home colourway

How it fits and feels

The cut is relaxed through the shoulders with room across the chest, and a hem that sits where it should whether you are standing in a concourse or sitting in a stand.

Mesh panelling is positioned along the flank and under the arm where heat actually builds.

Print registration is tight — the numbers sit square, and the sponsor logo is aligned to the same baseline as the crest.

Where you will wear it

Suitable for the stands, the warm-up and everything after. Training days, game days and ordinary weekends all work.

Good for birthdays, better for the person who mentions Borussia Monchengladbach in every conversation.

Care and washing

A short spin cycle is enough. The fabric holds very little water, so it dries quickly without aggressive spinning.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

True to size with a relaxed fit. If you are between two sizes, go down for a closer fit or up if you plan to layer. Full measurements are on our size guide page.

Common questions

What is the difference between last season's kit and this one?

Mostly aesthetics. 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) and fit carry over, so the practical difference is the visual detail and, often, the price.

Does the price include taxes or duties?

Product price excludes local import duties, which vary by destination and are handled by the carrier.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

Orders above $57 ship free; below that it is $7 flat. Expect 7–15 working days, with 30-day free returns on standard items.
