      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Borussia Dortmund Training Jersey 2026-2027

Some shirts are for photographs. This one is for actually wearing — long sessions, long days, and everything in between.

If you are choosing between this and the home version, the training one is easier to wear with things that are not jeans.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Heat-applied crest and numbering that flex with the fabric
      • Crest sealed at the edges so it will not lift after washing
      • Weighs under 250g — packs flat for travel
      • Official Borussia Dortmund crest with Bundesliga colourway and trim detailing
      • Recycled polyester knit with moisture-wicking finish

      Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

      Name & number detail

Arrives with {players} in official-style lettering across the back — a flexible heat-applied film that resists cracking through the wash.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

Cut with a little ease in the waist. It will not cling, and it will not make you look like you borrowed someone else's shirt.

Mesh panelling is positioned along the flank and under the arm where heat actually builds.

Seams are flatlocked in high-friction areas, so there is no raised edge rubbing under the arm.

      Where you will wear it

Works for the match and for the training session beforehand, which is where most Borussia Dortmund supporters actually spend their time.

Comes in standard packaging that survives international shipping without arriving crushed.

      Care and washing

Wash with the collar buttoned and the shirt turned inside out. It reduces stress on the placket and protects the crest.

Sizing is consistent across the Bundesliga range, so if you already own a Borussia Dortmund jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Can I get this in a womens cut?

Certain Bundesliga styles include a tailored womens fit. Check Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) on the listing, or ask us directly and we will check what is currently in stock.

Do you offer team or squad discounts?

Discounts start from six pieces and scale with quantity. Send your roster and sizes for a proper quote.

What is the best way to store it?

Either method is fine in a dark wardrobe. Direct sunlight through a window is the real risk for long-term storage.

      From our team to yours

Our returns rate sits low, and we would like to keep it that way — which is the honest reason we check each jersey by hand.
