      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Portugal Home Jersey 2025-2026

The test of a supporter jersey is not the first hour but the fourth. This one is built to stay comfortable well past the final whistle.

Someone on our team has worn this to a match, a wedding after-party, and a flight. It survived all three.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders
      • Flatlocked seams in high-friction areas to prevent rubbing
      • Lightweight interlock knit — moisture-wicking finish keeps the body cool through long matches
      • Shoulder seams set forward to avoid strap friction
      • Fan-version replica — same look as the international football kit, cut for everyday wear

      Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

      Name & number detail

The back carries {players} official-style name and number, heat-applied with flexible film that stays soft and resists splitting.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

There is a slight drop at the back hem, so it stays put when you lean forward.

Colourfast to a standard that holds up after thirty domestic washes without visible shift in the Portugal shade.

Seams are flatlocked in high-friction areas, so there is no raised edge rubbing under the arm.

      Where you will wear it

Equally at home on match day and out of it, which is the point of a supporter jersey rather than a costume.

      Care and washing

Thirty degrees, inside out, and away it goes. Avoid fabric softener — it clogs the wicking channels in technical knits.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the international football range, so if you already own a Portugal jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
What makes the youth version different from the adult one?

The youth cut follows Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) with a softer hand-feel. We also use lower-temperature application for the graphics so they stay flexible after repeated washing.

Does the price include taxes or duties?

Product price excludes local import duties, which vary by destination and are handled by the carrier.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

Free shipping on orders over $57, flat $7 below that. Standard dispatch is 7–15 working days, and unprinted items carry 30-day free returns.
