Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

All orders qualify for 30-day free returns and exchanges. Free worldwide tracked delivery applies to all orders over $57. If your jersey doesn't fit the way you like, our team will exchange it hassle-free.

Crystal Palace Youth Third Kit 2025-2026

This is the youth version of the Crystal Palace kit — same look, gentler fabric, and a cut that allows room to grow.

Honest note: the kit arrives feeling a touch firmer than it will after a few washes. That is normal, and it softens nicely.

Why supporters pick this one

Mesh side panels positioned where heat actually builds
Colourfast dye that holds through repeated washing
Available in men's, women's, kids and youth sizes
Official Crystal Palace crest with EFL Championship colourway and trim detailing
Ships worldwide with tracking on every order

Team & school	Crystal Palace (2025-2026)
Kit category	Third
Version / fit	Youth / cut for younger frames with room to grow
Fabrication	Ultra-soft lightweight breathable polyester
Embellishments	Smooth irritation-free heat transfer graphics
Fit & sizing	Youth S (8), M (10-12), L (14-16), XL (18-20)
Care standard	Machine wash warm, tumble dry low safe

Before you choose a size

This is a supporter replica, not a player-issue shirt. The cut is relaxed rather than athletic, so it layers over a tee and does not cling. If you want the skin-tight on-pitch fit, this is not it — and most supporters prefer it that way.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

Design accents: Kid-safe soft-touch print

How it fits and feels

Shoulders are cut generously without looking oversized, and the body has room to layer over a t-shirt.

Colour is dyed through rather than printed on top, so the Crystal Palace tones stay saturated instead of fading toward grey.

Care and size information is printed inside the neck instead of on a sewn-in label that can be cut out and leave a hole.

Where you will wear it

Easy to layer over a hoodie for school games, Saturday morning practice, or an afternoon in the garden.

Good for birthdays, better for the person who mentions Crystal Palace in every conversation.

Care and washing

Do not iron over the numbering. If it needs pressing, use a cloth barrier or press from the reverse side.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the EFL Championship range, so if you already own a Crystal Palace kit you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

Will the fabric be see-through under stadium lights?

No. The Ultra-soft lightweight breathable polyester is opacity-tested under bright light, so the body stays solid rather than going sheer under floodlights or in photographs.

Do you offer team or squad discounts?

We price by quantity from six pieces upward. Message us your size breakdown.

What is the best way to store it?

Either method is fine in a dark wardrobe. Direct sunlight through a window is the real risk for long-term storage.

We do not claim to be an official club retailer. What we do claim is that the kit you receive matches the photos, fits as described, and gets fixed if it does not.
