      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Bayern Munich Training Shirt 2025-2026

A straightforward Bayern Munich shirt that does what it should: fits properly, breathes properly, and looks right under floodlights.

We get asked whether these run small. They do not — but they are cut for supporters, not for the pitch, so expect room rather than cling.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape
      • Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side
      • Cut long enough at the back to stay tucked in when you move
      • Official Bayern Munich crest with Bundesliga colourway and trim detailing
      • Ships in plain packaging — suitable for gifting

      Before you choose a size

The single most common reason for a return is expecting a player-issue fit. This is the fan cut: comfortable, forgiving, and designed to be worn for hours rather than ninety minutes.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

The back carries {players} official-style name and number, heat-applied with flexible film that stays soft and resists splitting.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

The silhouette is straight rather than athletic. That is deliberate — it suits more body types and layers more easily in cold weather.

It wicks, dries, and resists odour better than cotton. Three unglamorous properties that matter enormously over a season.

Care and size information is printed inside the neck instead of on a sewn-in label that can be cut out and leave a hole.

      Where you will wear it

Equally at home on match day and out of it, which is the point of a supporter shirt rather than a costume.

      Care and washing

Do not iron over the numbering. If it needs pressing, use a cloth barrier or press from the reverse side.

Sizing is consistent across the Bundesliga range, so if you already own a Bayern Munich shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Will the fabric be see-through under stadium lights?

Not at all — the knit keeps enough density to stay opaque under stadium lighting and camera flash.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Yes — Bayern Munich specific shades are matched to reference values, which is why our colourways read correctly in photos and in the stands.

How long will this jersey realistically last?

It should outlast several seasons of normal rotation. Heat is the variable that decides whether it lasts two years or ten.

      From our team to yours

Before anything leaves, a real person looks at it. If a crest sits crooked or a seam looks wrong, it does not ship — it gets swapped out first.
