      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Bayern Munich Home Shirt 2025-2026

The test of a supporter jersey is not the first hour but the fourth. This one is built to stay comfortable well past the final whistle.

Someone on our team has worn this to a match, a wedding after-party, and a flight. It survived all three.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Cut long enough at the back to stay tucked in when you move
      • Drops at the back hem to stay put when seated
      • Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders
      • Twin-needle stitched hem and cuffs for longer life
      • Odour-resistant finish — better than cotton over a long day

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

      Name & number detail

The back carries {players} official-style name and number, heat-applied with flexible film that stays soft and resists splitting.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

Compared with the player version, this has roughly two inches more in the chest and a noticeably softer shoulder.

The fabric is a recycled polyester piqué — lightweight, breathable, and substantially less clingy than the shiny kits of a decade ago.

Stitch density is higher at stress points: underarm, side seam, and the collar join.

      Where you will wear it

Works for the match and for the training session beforehand, which is where most Bayern Munich supporters actually spend their time.

      Care and washing

Do not iron over the numbering. If it needs pressing, use a cloth barrier or press from the reverse side.

      Common questions
Can I actually play football in this, or is it just for wearing?

Fine for kickabouts and five-a-side. 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) wicks well and the relaxed cut gives good range of movement, even if it is not a match-grade compression fit.

Should I order my usual size or size up?

a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear runs true to Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard). Order usual size for the intended fit; size up only if layering over a hoodie.

Can it go in the tumble dryer?

Best avoided. High heat degrades heat-applied lettering faster than anything else. Hang it to dry and it will outlast the season comfortably.
