      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Red Bull Leipzig Home Shirt 2024-2025

A straightforward Red Bull Leipzig shirt that does what it should: fits properly, breathes properly, and looks right under floodlights.

      Why supporters pick this one

      • Lightweight interlock knit — moisture-wicking finish keeps the body cool through long matches
      • Dispatched within 7-15 business days

      Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

Comes ready with {players} across the shoulders in official-style lettering — a flexible print that moves with the fabric instead of cracking.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

Side panels are shaped rather than straight, which keeps the shirt from looking boxy on slimmer frames.

Colour is dyed through rather than printed on top, so the Red Bull Leipzig tones stay saturated instead of fading toward grey.

The collar ribbing is knit separately and joined with a flat seam, which is why it recovers instead of curling.

      Where you will wear it

Works for the match and for the training session beforehand, which is where most Red Bull Leipzig supporters actually spend their time.

      Care and washing

Store on a hanger rather than folded. The knit resists creasing but repeated fold lines do eventually show.

Sizes run true in a relaxed supporter cut — measure a shirt you already own flat across the chest and match it to our size guide. Between sizes and want it closer? Take the smaller one.

      Common questions
Do you offer long-sleeve versions of this jersey?

Some Bundesliga styles carry a long-sleeve variant and some do not. Search Red Bull Leipzig long sleeve in our store, or contact us — we check current inventory rather than guessing.

Should I order my usual size or size up?

True to Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard). Size up for layering, otherwise stay at your normal size.

Can it go in the tumble dryer?

We recommend not. Tumble heat is the main cause of print failure — air drying costs you nothing and doubles the print's life.

      From our team to yours

Our returns rate sits low, and we would like to keep it that way — which is the honest reason we check each shirt by hand.
