      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Real Madrid Training Jersey 2024-2025

The test of a supporter jersey is not the first hour but the fourth. This one is built to stay comfortable well past the final whistle.

Buying for someone else? The chest measurement is the only number you really need. We handle the rest.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Flatlocked seams in high-friction areas to prevent rubbing
      • Cut long enough at the back to stay tucked in when you move
      • Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side
      • Printed neck tape instead of a scratchy woven label
      • Machine washable at 30°C — no special care required

      Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

There is a slight drop at the back hem, so it stays put when you lean forward.

Weight sits around 145gsm: heavy enough to hang properly, light enough that you forget you are wearing it by the second half.

Shoulder seams are set slightly forward, which keeps them off the point of the shoulder where straps and bags rub.

      Where you will wear it

Works for the match and for the training session beforehand, which is where most Real Madrid supporters actually spend their time.

      Care and washing

Thirty degrees, inside out, and away it goes. Avoid fabric softener — it clogs the wicking channels in technical knits.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Our sizes follow the standard supporter block: room through the chest, a little extra length in the body. Check the size guide for exact garment measurements before ordering.

      Common questions
How does NFL sizing compare to football (soccer) sizing?

American cuts run visibly wider through the chest than European football shirts — often by 5–8 cm. This one follows Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard), so measure rather than assume your usual size transfers.

Do you offer team or squad discounts?

We price by quantity from six pieces upward. Message us your size breakdown.

      Will it shrink after washing?

Minimal. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry shifts the fit by less than one percent.
