      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Real Madrid Training Jersey 2024-2025

A good jersey earns its place by surviving a full day of it — the warm-up, the match itself, and the walk back afterwards.

Someone on our team has worn this to a match, a wedding after-party, and a flight. It survived all three.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape
      • Crest sealed at the edges so it will not lift after washing
      • 30-day free returns — no restocking fee, no questions
      • Heat-applied crest and numbering that flex with the fabric
      • Weighs under 250g — packs flat for travel

      Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

Arrives with {players} in official-style lettering across the back — a flexible heat-applied film that resists cracking through the wash.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

There is enough length in the body that it stays tucked if you want it tucked, and looks fine untucked if you do not.

A double-knit body with mesh inserts under the arms and along the sides. The panels are functional, not decorative — they are where you actually ventilate.

Inside seams are overlocked rather than raw, so nothing frays into the wash.

      Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Real Madrid shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

Good for birthdays, better for the person who mentions Real Madrid in every conversation.

      Care and washing

Cold wash, no bleach, no dry cleaning. Iron inside out and never directly over the crest or numbering.

Sizes run true in a relaxed supporter cut — measure a jersey you already own flat across the chest and match it to our size guide. Between sizes and want it closer? Take the smaller one.

      Common questions
If a player transfers, does that make the jersey obsolete?

Not really. Supporter shirts tend to outlive transfers; plenty of buyers prefer the Real Madrid affiliation over any single player.

Do you handle bulk or team orders?

We do. Six or more qualifies for team pricing; message us with sizes and we will price it properly.

How do I treat a stain without ruining the print?

Treat early with cold water and mild soap applied to the cloth side. Do not rub printed sections aggressively.
