      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Real Madrid Training Jersey 2025-2026

The test of a supporter jersey is not the first hour but the fourth. This one is built to stay comfortable well past the final whistle.

Buying for someone else? The chest measurement is the only number you really need. We handle the rest.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side
      • Fan-version replica — same look as the La Liga kit, cut for everyday wear
      • Colourfast dye that holds through repeated washing
      • Recycled polyester knit with moisture-wicking finish
      • Crest sealed at the edges so it will not lift after washing

      Before you choose a size

The single most common reason for a return is expecting a player-issue fit. This is the fan cut: comfortable, forgiving, and designed to be worn for hours rather than ninety minutes.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

Arrives with {players} in official-style lettering across the back — a flexible heat-applied film that resists cracking through the wash.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

Sleeves finish just above the elbow on most people, which is the length supporters tend to prefer for everyday wear.

The fabric recovers well from creasing. Pull it out of a drawer and it falls flat without a fight.

Print registration is tight — the numbers sit square, and the sponsor logo is aligned to the same baseline as the crest.

      Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Real Madrid shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

      Care and washing

Wash inside out on a cool cycle and hang to dry. Heat is what kills heat-pressed lettering, not friction.

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

True to size with a relaxed fit. If you are between two sizes, go down for a closer fit or up if you plan to layer. Full measurements are on our size guide page.

      Common questions
How does this compare to the version sold at the club shop?

Honestly: construction and fit. You get Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing and Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) instead of twill and player-issue proportions. Visually at a distance, they are very close.

Is it packaged suitably for giving as a gift?

It ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no pricing paperwork inside, so it is safe to hand over as given.

Should I wash it before the first wear?

A quick cold rinse is reasonable if you have sensitive skin, but it ships clean and ready to wear.
