      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Portugal Youth Home Shirt 2025-2026

For the young supporter who already knows the lineup by heart: a Portugal shirt that survives both match day and the wash.

This is the shirt our own staff reach for when the fixture list gets busy in August.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Drops at the back hem to stay put when seated
      • Fan-version replica — same look as the international football kit, cut for everyday wear
      • Anti-pilling treatment keeps the surface looking new
      • Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side
      • Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting

      Before you choose a size

This is a supporter replica, not a player-issue shirt. The cut is relaxed rather than athletic, so it layers over a tee and does not cling. If you want the skin-tight on-pitch fit, this is not it — and most supporters prefer it that way.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

      Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

Design accents: Home colourway, Kid-safe soft-touch print

      How it fits and feels

Soft seams sit flat against the skin, so there is nothing to scratch or rub during a long day.

A double-knit body with mesh inserts under the arms and along the sides. The panels are functional, not decorative — they are where you actually ventilate.

Numbering uses a stretch film rated to the same elasticity as the base knit, so it flexes instead of splitting.

      Where you will wear it

Works for school spirit days, weekend training and watching the match with family — and it washes well between all three.

      Care and washing

The print is rated for around fifty domestic washes when washed cold and dried naturally. Tumble drying roughly halves that.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the international football range, so if you already own a Portugal shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Do you offer long-sleeve versions of this jersey?

Some international football styles carry a long-sleeve variant and some do not. Search Portugal long sleeve in our store, or contact us — we check current inventory rather than guessing.

Does the price include taxes or duties?

Product price excludes local import duties, which vary by destination and are handled by the carrier.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

$57 and above ships free ($7 otherwise), dispatched in 7–15 working days with 30-day free returns.

      From our team to yours

Our returns rate sits low, and we would like to keep it that way — which is the honest reason we check each shirt by hand.
