Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Benfica Youth Away Kit 2025-2026

This is the youth version of the Benfica kit — same look, gentler fabric, and a cut that allows room to grow.

Someone on our team has worn this to a match, a wedding after-party, and a flight. It survived all three.

Why supporters pick this one

Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders
Colourfast dye that holds through repeated washing
Creased? It falls flat on a hanger without ironing
Fan-version replica — same look as the Primeira Liga kit, cut for everyday wear
Open-mesh side panels release heat exactly where it builds under stadium lights

Fabrication	Ultra-soft lightweight breathable polyester
Embellishments	Smooth irritation-free heat transfer graphics
Fit & sizing	Youth S (8), M (10-12), L (14-16), XL (18-20)

Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

Design accents: Kid-safe soft-touch print

How it fits and feels

Cut for movement rather than for show — nothing pulls when they run, jump or climb.

Colour is dyed through rather than printed on top, so the Benfica tones stay saturated instead of fading toward grey.

Numbering uses a stretch film rated to the same elasticity as the base knit, so it flexes instead of splitting.

Where you will wear it

Easy to layer over a hoodie for school games, Saturday morning practice, or an afternoon in the garden.

Care and washing

Treat any mark early with cold water. Heat sets stains into polyester permanently.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizes run true in a relaxed supporter cut — measure a kit you already own flat across the chest and match it to our size guide. Between sizes and want it closer? Take the smaller one.

Common questions

How does this compare to the version sold at the club shop?

Club shop versions use stitched tackle-twill. Ours uses Smooth irritation-free heat transfer graphics in a relaxed block at Youth S (8), M (10-12), L (14-16), XL (18-20), which is why it costs considerably less while looking near-identical in a crowd.

Do you offer team or squad discounts?

We price by quantity from six pieces upward. Message us your size breakdown.

What is the best way to store it?

Folded or hung both work well. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight on the hanger, which fades one shoulder faster than the rest.

From our team to yours

Before anything leaves, a real person looks at it. If a crest sits crooked or a seam looks wrong, it does not ship — it gets swapped out first.
