Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

Barcelona Youth Home Kit 2025-2026

For the young supporter who already knows the lineup by heart: a Barcelona kit that survives both match day and the wash.

Honest note: the kit arrives feeling a touch firmer than it will after a few washes. That is normal, and it softens nicely.

Why supporters pick this one

Sizing consistent across the full La Liga range
Mesh side panels positioned where heat actually builds
Heat-applied crest and numbering that flex with the fabric
Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching

Before you choose a size

The single most common reason for a return is expecting a player-issue fit. This is the fan cut: comfortable, forgiving, and designed to be worn for hours rather than ninety minutes.

Open mesh panels sit along the flank and under the arm — the places heat actually builds — while the body keeps enough density to stay opaque.

Name & number detail

Arrives with {players} in official-style lettering across the back — a flexible heat-applied film that resists cracking through the wash.

Design accents: Kid-safe soft-touch print

How it fits and feels

Shoulders are cut generously without looking oversized, and the body has room to layer over a t-shirt.

Weight sits around 145gsm: heavy enough to hang properly, light enough that you forget you are wearing it by the second half.

Stitch density is higher at stress points: underarm, side seam, and the collar join.

Where you will wear it

Light enough for indoor sports halls and warm enough under a jacket on the touchline.

Good for birthdays, better for the person who mentions Barcelona in every conversation.

Care and washing

Machine wash cold at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer and the print will outlast the fabric.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizes run true in a relaxed supporter cut — measure a kit you already own flat across the chest and match it to our size guide. Between sizes and want it closer? Take the smaller one.

Common questions

Do you offer long-sleeve versions of this jersey?

In-season Barcelona long-sleeve stock rotates. The quickest check is searching Barcelona long sleeve; if it is not listed, message us and we will confirm.

Which size should I order for a growing child?

Youth S (8), M (10-12), L (14-16), XL (18-20) with growth room built in. If between sizes, size up; the cut stays wearable rather than baggy.

What detergent should I use?

Ordinary mild detergent works best. Avoid softener and bleach, both of which damage performance fabric.
