Size Guide
Jersey Pro Center Size Guide
The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.
1. How to Measure
Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.
1. Chest (Most Important)
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.
2. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.
3. Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.
4. Body Length
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.
5. Sleeve Length
For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.
6. Inseam (Pants)
Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.
2. Fit by League (Overview)
Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.
| League | Cut Style | How It Should Feel & Fit Advice |
|---|---|---|
| Soccer | Athletic / Slim | Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up. |
| NBA Basketball | Standard / Long | Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies. |
| NFL Football | Roomy / Boxy | Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit. |
| MLB Baseball | Full / Button-Front | Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers. |
| NHL Hockey | Very Loose / Generous | The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size. |
3. Quick Size Finder by Chest Measurement
