      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Before you choose a size

The single most common reason for a return is expecting a player-issue fit. This is the fan cut: comfortable, forgiving, and designed to be worn for hours rather than ninety minutes.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

      Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

      Design accents: Home colourway

      How it fits and feels

It holds its shape through a full day of wear — no sagging at the knees of the sleeves, no stretching at the collar.

Made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, spun into a knit that feels closer to a casual tee than a football shirt.

Care and size information is printed inside the neck instead of on a sewn-in label that can be cut out and leave a hole.

      Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Borussia Dortmund shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

      Care and washing

Wash with the collar buttoned and the shirt turned inside out. It reduces stress on the placket and protects the crest.

True to size with a relaxed fit. If you are between two sizes, go down for a closer fit or up if you plan to layer. Full measurements are on our size guide page.

      Common questions
What is the difference between last season's kit and this one?

Design changes by season; build does not. Same 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh), same Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard), different trim colours and sponsor layout.

Should I order my usual size or size up?

a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear runs true to Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard). Order usual size for the intended fit; size up only if layering over a hoodie.

Will the numbers fade faster than the shirt itself?

They hold roughly even with the base fabric if you wash cold and dry naturally. Direct heat and tumble drying are what cause premature fading.
