Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

All orders qualify for 30-day free returns and exchanges. Free worldwide tracked delivery applies to all orders over $57. If your jersey doesn't fit the way you like, our team will exchange it hassle-free.

Bayern Munich Training Shirt 2024-2025

Some shirts are for photographs. This one is for actually wearing — long sessions, long days, and everything in between.

Why supporters pick this one

Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side
Drops at the back hem to stay put when seated
Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape
Flatlocked seams in high-friction areas to prevent rubbing
Odour-resistant finish — better than cotton over a long day

Kit category	Training

Fabrication	100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh)
Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard)
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

Name & number detail

The back carries {players} official-style name and number, heat-applied with flexible film that stays soft and resists splitting.

Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

How it fits and feels

The silhouette is straight rather than athletic. That is deliberate — it suits more body types and layers more easily in cold weather.

Anti-pilling treatment means the surface stays clean after repeated washing rather than developing those small fabric bobbles.

The crest is applied with a matte finish, so it does not catch the light the way glossy badges do.

Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Bayern Munich shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

Ships in plain packaging with no pricing information, which makes it straightforward to give directly.

Care and washing

Thirty degrees, inside out, and away it goes. Avoid fabric softener — it clogs the wicking channels in technical knits.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the Bundesliga range, so if you already own a Bayern Munich shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

Does it include sponsor logos and league badges?

It matches the Bayern Munich design for that season, including sponsor and league graphics via Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Bayern Munich hues are matched to the programme's published palette rather than eyeballed, so the shirt reads correctly alongside genuine merchandise.

Can I machine wash it with other clothes?

Yes, though washing with heavy items like denim abrades the print over time. A mixed light load is ideal.

From our team to yours

Before anything leaves, a real person looks at it. If a crest sits crooked or a seam looks wrong, it does not ship — it gets swapped out first.
