Five cuts, in the order worth considering
The ladder is the same on all four teams, but the stock is not. Work down it and stop when the answer is obvious:
- Game cut (supporters). The printed shirt: club crest and lettering applied to a relaxed supporter body in red, royal blue, midnight green or navy. It is the deepest tier on every one of these shelves, and the one most people should buy - Mahomes 15 in red, Allen 17 in royal, Hurts 1 in midnight green, Prescott 4 in navy.
- Player Game and Team Game. The same cut, but the listing names the player - and this is where the alternate colourways live. Allen 17 in white, Kincaid 86 in red, Shakir 10 and Cook III 4 in the grey Nickel City grey, Barkley 26 in black, DeJean 33 in white.
- Vapor F.U.S.E. Stitched Limited. Sewn letters and numbers instead of printed ones, on a lighter and more structured body. Buffalo runs ten of these, Philadelphia eight, Dallas four and Kansas City two - Cook III 4 in royal, Carter 98 in kelly green, Lamb 88 in white, Mahomes 15 in red.
- Elite. The top stitched tier and the closest cut of the four. You are choosing between a handful of shirts: Allen in the Nickel City grey, Mahomes in red, Lamb in white, and three Eagles listings including Carter 98 and DeJean 33.
- Legacy, throwback and retired-player reissues. Older designs made again for fans: Kelly 12 in the 1990 split shirt, Marcus Allen 32 in the 1994 white throwback, E. Smith 22 in the 1996 legacy, Sanders 21 in the 1995 legacy, Staubach 12 in royal, Foles 9 in midnight green and Gonzalez 88 in red.

Two consequences worth spelling out. First, if you want a specific player, you are choosing a product, not an option - Mahomes 15 and Kelce 87 are separate listings, not a dropdown. Second, the retro shelf follows the same rule: the 1994 Marcus Allen shirt prints ALLEN 32, and the 1990 Buffalo reissue prints KELLY 12, because that is the shirt each design is a copy of.
What only one of these shelves carries
This is the part a generic league-wide list will miss. Each of the four has one thing the other three do not:
Fit: the two things that decide your size
The tier decides the cut. The printed Game shirt is built relaxed and straight through the body, which is why supporters can order their normal size. Stitched Limited and Elite shirts are cut closer through the chest and sit longer in the body, so treat them as a different size rather than a different colour of the same shirt. The department decides the chart. Adult mens, womens, youth, kids and infant sizes are separate runs with their own measurements, and the womens cut is narrower across the chest and shorter in the hem than the equivalent mens size. Dallas is the only one of these four shelves with Big & Tall. Common questions
Which NFL jersey should I buy first?
The printed Game cut of the team you actually watch. It is the deepest tier on all four of these shelves, it is cut relaxed and straight so your normal size is usually right, and it is the tier where the squad prints are widest - Mahomes 15 in red, Allen 17 in royal, Hurts 1 in midnight green, Prescott 4 in navy. Move up to a stitched Limited or Elite shirt only when you already know how the printed one fits you.
Game, Limited and Elite - what actually changes?
The construction and the cut. A Game shirt has the crest and lettering applied to a relaxed supporter body. A Vapor F.U.S.E. Stitched Limited shirt has sewn letters and numbers on a lighter, more structured panel. Elite is the top stitched tier with the closest cut of the three, so it reads as a smaller shirt at the same letter size. The print does not change with the tier: Mahomes 15 and Lamb 88 appear on both printed and stitched versions.
Why do some listings say Custom in the title?
It marks a listing sold as a club shirt rather than as a specific player's shirt - the Kansas City, Philadelphia and Dallas shelves all have them, and Buffalo does not. It is not a personalisation option: the product pages have no field for typing a name, and the print in the photograph is the print that ships.
Which numbers are printed on the legacy and retired-player shirts?
Each one copies a specific shirt, so the print follows the design rather than the current squad list. Do the Eagles shirts come in more than one green?

What do the 2026 draft-pick listings mean?
Kansas City has two shirts tied to 2026 first-round draft picks and Philadelphia has one, and the print follows the player rather than the draft slot. The No. 6 pick's Kansas City shirt prints DELANE 5, which is worth remembering if you were expecting the number to match the pick - read the back of the photograph on the listing, not the title.
