Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

All orders qualify for 30-day free returns and exchanges. Free worldwide tracked delivery applies to all orders over $57. If your jersey doesn't fit the way you like, our team will exchange it hassle-free.

Spain Home Kit 2025-2026

The home kit is where Spain tends to do its most interesting work. Away from the expectations that come with the home kit, the design gets room to breathe.

Buying for someone else? The chest measurement is the only number you really need. We handle the rest.

Why supporters pick this one

Mesh side panels positioned where heat actually builds
Heat-applied crest and numbering that flex with the fabric
Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders
Drops at the back hem to stay put when seated
Odour-resistant finish — better than cotton over a long day

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Spain (2025-2026)
Kit category	Home
Version / fit	Replica / a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear
Fabrication	100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh)
Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard)
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

Open mesh panels sit along the flank and under the arm — the places heat actually builds — while the body keeps enough density to stay opaque.

Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

Design accents: Home colourway

How it fits and feels

Relaxed but not baggy. The difference matters: this one holds a line rather than hanging off you.

Fabric weight is balanced toward the body rather than the sleeves, so the kit hangs from the shoulders properly.

Heat-pressed detailing is applied at a lower temperature than usual, which reduces the stiff patch feel some replicas have.

Where you will wear it

Layer it over a long-sleeve tee in winter and on its own in summer. The kit covers about eight months of the year.

Care and washing

The print is rated for around fifty domestic washes when washed cold and dried naturally. Tumble drying roughly halves that.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizes run true in a relaxed supporter cut — measure a kit you already own flat across the chest and match it to our size guide. Between sizes and want it closer? Take the smaller one.

Common questions

Does it include sponsor logos and league badges?

Yes where the Spain design carries them — Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing covers crest, brand logo and sponsor prints as they appear on that season's kit.

Do you handle bulk or team orders?

Yes — bulk pricing starts at six pieces across most international football styles. Send us quantities and sizes for a quote.

How do I remove creases without damaging the print?

Cool iron on the reverse side with a cloth barrier, or steam it hanging. Never press directly onto lettering — that is the fastest way to ruin it.
