1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

Does the crest peel off after washing?

Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing is heat-set under controlled pressure and temperature. Washed per the care label it holds for the life of the garment — this is the single most-tested part of our build.

Will the printed name crack or peel?

We use flexible heat-applied film rather than rigid plastisol, so the print flexes with the knit instead of splitting. Wash inside out on a cold cycle.

How do I remove creases without damaging the print?

Cool iron on the reverse side with a cloth barrier, or steam it hanging. Never press directly onto lettering — that is the fastest way to ruin it.
