      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Before you choose a size

This is a supporter replica, not a player-issue shirt. The cut is relaxed rather than athletic, so it layers over a tee and does not cling. If you want the skin-tight on-pitch fit, this is not it — and most supporters prefer it that way.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

      Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

      Design accents: Home colourway

      How it fits and feels

Relaxed but not baggy. The difference matters: this one holds a line rather than hanging off you.

Recycled content does not mean compromised feel here — the yarn is fine-gauge and soft to the touch.

Numbering and lettering are heat-pressed with a flexible film that moves with the fabric instead of cracking across it.

      Where you will wear it

Wear it in the stands, on the sideline, or around town — it reads as team colours rather than fancy dress.

      Care and washing

Cold wash, no bleach, no dry cleaning. Iron inside out and never directly over the crest or numbering.

Sizing is consistent across the Bundesliga range, so if you already own a FC Hoffenheim shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
What is the difference between last season's kit and this one?

Usually colourway and detail rather than construction. Both use the same 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) and Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) — last season's typically costs less.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Colour matching is done against official FC Hoffenheim references, not approximated. That matters most for away and third kits.

How long will this jersey realistically last?

It should outlast several seasons of normal rotation. Heat is the variable that decides whether it lasts two years or ten.

      From our team to yours

Before anything leaves, a real person looks at it. If a crest sits crooked or a seam looks wrong, it does not ship — it gets swapped out first.
