      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

Open mesh panels sit along the flank and under the arm — the places heat actually builds — while the body keeps enough density to stay opaque.

      Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

      How it fits and feels

Sizing runs a half-size generous. Most buyers are happy with their usual size; those wanting a slim look often size down.

Recycled content does not mean compromised feel here — the yarn is fine-gauge and soft to the touch.

Hem and cuffs are twin-needle stitched. It is a small cost increase that roughly doubles the life of those edges.

      Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Bayern Munich shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

Gift-friendly because it is a replica: the recipient gets the look without the anxiety of wearing something expensive.

      Care and washing

The print is rated for around fifty domestic washes when washed cold and dried naturally. Tumble drying roughly halves that.

Sizing is consistent across the Bundesliga range, so if you already own a Bayern Munich shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Is this jersey lightweight and breathable?

Yes — 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) keeps the knit light while staying opaque under floodlights. The mesh zones sit along the flank and under the arm, the two areas where heat builds during a long match.

Should I order my usual size or size up?

Your usual size works — a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear already includes wearing ease. Only size up for heavy layering.

Can it go in the tumble dryer?

Air dry instead. Direct high heat is precisely what lifts Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing over time.
