Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

All orders qualify for 30-day free returns and exchanges. Free worldwide tracked delivery applies to all orders over $57. If your jersey doesn't fit the way you like, our team will exchange it hassle-free.

Barcelona Youth Home Jersey 2020-2021

Made so young Barcelona fans can wear it properly rather than grow into it: correct colours, easy fit, no scratchy seams.

Someone on our team has worn this to a match, a wedding after-party, and a flight. It survived all three.

Why supporters pick this one

Free shipping on orders over $57
Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
Shoulder seams set forward to avoid strap friction
Mesh side panels positioned where heat actually builds
Flatlocked seams in high-friction areas to prevent rubbing

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Barcelona (2020-2021)
Kit category	Home
Version / fit	Youth / cut for younger frames with room to grow
Fabrication	Ultra-soft lightweight breathable polyester
Embellishments	Smooth irritation-free heat transfer graphics
Fit & sizing	Youth S (8), M (10-12), L (14-16), XL (18-20)
Care standard	Machine wash warm, tumble dry low safe

Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

Name & number detail

The back carries {players} official-style name and number, heat-applied with flexible film that stays soft and resists splitting.

Design accents: Kid-safe soft-touch print, Home colourway

How it fits and feels

The fit is relaxed through the chest with a little extra length, so it still fits after a growth spurt.

Colourfast to a standard that holds up after thirty domestic washes without visible shift in the Barcelona shade.

The crest is applied with a matte finish, so it does not catch the light the way glossy badges do.

Where you will wear it

Cut to allow growth without looking oversized, so it lasts more than one season.

Good for birthdays, better for the person who mentions Barcelona in every conversation.

Care and washing

Machine wash cold at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer and the print will outlast the fabric.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

True to size with a relaxed fit. If you are between two sizes, go down for a closer fit or up if you plan to layer. Full measurements are on our size guide page.

Common questions

Will the fabric be see-through under stadium lights?

No. The Ultra-soft lightweight breathable polyester is opacity-tested under bright light, so the body stays solid rather than going sheer under floodlights or in photographs.

Which size should I order for a growing child?

Youth S (8), M (10-12), L (14-16), XL (18-20) — the block allows room to grow without looking shapeless. Measure the chest against our measurements before ordering.

What detergent should I use?

Ordinary mild detergent works best. Avoid softener and bleach, both of which damage performance fabric.

From our team to yours

Before anything leaves, a real person looks at it. If a crest sits crooked or a seam looks wrong, it does not ship — it gets swapped out first.
