Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Portugal Home Kit 2025-2026

There is something about the home colourway that photographs differently than it looks on a screen. In person, the Portugal tones sit deeper, and the trim does more work than expected.

Why supporters pick this one

Twin-needle stitched hem and cuffs for longer life
Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape
Machine washable at 30°C — no special care required
Heat-applied crest and numbering that flex with the fabric
Shoulder seams set forward to avoid strap friction

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Portugal (2025-2026)
Kit category	Home
Version / fit	Replica / a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear
Fabrication	100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh)
Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard)
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

Design accents: Home colourway

How it fits and feels

Side panels are shaped rather than straight, which keeps the kit from looking boxy on slimmer frames.

Smooth on the outside, lightly textured on the inside. The contrast helps it sit off the skin rather than against it.

Print registration is tight — the numbers sit square, and the sponsor logo is aligned to the same baseline as the crest.

Where you will wear it

Good for the stands, better for travel — it packs flat, weighs almost nothing, and comes out of a bag wearable.

Care and washing

Thirty degrees, inside out, and away it goes. Avoid fabric softener — it clogs the wicking channels in technical knits.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Our sizes follow the standard supporter block: room through the chest, a little extra length in the body. Check the size guide for exact garment measurements before ordering.

Common questions

Can I actually play football in this, or is it just for wearing?

It works for casual play. Serious players tend to prefer tighter blocks, while a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear here prioritises all-day comfort.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Colour matching is done against official Portugal references, not approximated. That matters most for away and third kits.

How long will this jersey realistically last?

It should outlast several seasons of normal rotation. Heat is the variable that decides whether it lasts two years or ten.
