Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

All orders qualify for 30-day free returns and exchanges. Free worldwide tracked delivery applies to all orders over $57. If your jersey doesn't fit the way you like, our team will exchange it hassle-free.

Portugal Home Kit 2025-2026

There is a particular moment when a new kit stops being merchandise and starts being yours. For most Portugal supporters, that happens somewhere between the first wash and the first matchday.

Why supporters pick this one

Machine washable at 30°C — no special care required
Fan-version replica — same look as the international football kit, cut for everyday wear
Sizing consistent across the full international football range
Shoulder seams set forward to avoid strap friction

Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

Name & number detail

Comes ready with {players} across the shoulders in official-style lettering — a flexible print that moves with the fabric instead of cracking.

Design accents: Home colourway

How it fits and feels

There is enough length in the body that it stays tucked if you want it tucked, and looks fine untucked if you do not.

Anti-pilling treatment means the surface stays clean after repeated washing rather than developing those small fabric bobbles.

Appliqué work is done flat, without the puckering that shows up on cheaper reproductions.

Where you will wear it

A kit you can wear to work on a Friday without anyone commenting, and to the match on Saturday with everyone commenting.

Care and washing

Cold wash, no bleach, no dry cleaning. Iron inside out and never directly over the crest or numbering.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the international football range, so if you already own a Portugal kit you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

How does NFL sizing compare to football (soccer) sizing?

NFL blocks are boxier; soccer shirts taper more. At Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) this sits between the two. If you own European kits, check our measurements before ordering.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Portugal hues are matched to the programme's published palette rather than eyeballed, so the shirt reads correctly alongside genuine merchandise.

How long will this jersey realistically last?

It should outlast several seasons of normal rotation. Heat is the variable that decides whether it lasts two years or ten.
