      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Real Madrid Training Jersey 2024-2025

A good jersey earns its place by surviving a full day of it — the warm-up, the match itself, and the walk back afterwards.

One of us owns this in two sizes — one for matchdays, one that has given up pretending and lives on the sofa.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Recycled polyester knit with moisture-wicking finish
      • Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders
      • Fan-version replica — same look as the La Liga kit, cut for everyday wear
      • Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
      • Drops at the back hem to stay put when seated

      Before you choose a size

The single most common reason for a return is expecting a player-issue fit. This is the fan cut: comfortable, forgiving, and designed to be worn for hours rather than ninety minutes.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

Comes ready with {players} across the shoulders in official-style lettering — a flexible print that moves with the fabric instead of cracking.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

It layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching at the elbows, which is more than most supporter jerseys manage.

Mesh panelling is positioned along the flank and under the arm where heat actually builds.

Appliqué work is done flat, without the puckering that shows up on cheaper reproductions.

      Where you will wear it

Equally at home on match day and out of it, which is the point of a supporter jersey rather than a costume.

      Care and washing

Do not iron over the numbering. If it needs pressing, use a cloth barrier or press from the reverse side.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the La Liga range, so if you already own a Real Madrid jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
How does this compare to the version sold at the club shop?

Differences are mainly construction: Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing rather than sewn lettering, and a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear rather than athletic compression. Colour matching is deliberately close.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Yes — Real Madrid specific shades are matched to reference values, which is why our colourways read correctly in photos and in the stands.

How long will this jersey realistically last?

It should outlast several seasons of normal rotation. Heat is the variable that decides whether it lasts two years or ten.

      From our team to yours

Our returns rate sits low, and we would like to keep it that way — which is the honest reason we check each jersey by hand.
