Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

Borussia Dortmund Home Jersey 2024-2025

The test of a supporter jersey is not the first hour but the fourth. This one is built to stay comfortable well past the final whistle.

Honest note: the jersey arrives feeling a touch firmer than it will after a few washes. That is normal, and it softens nicely.

Why supporters pick this one

Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
Ships in plain packaging — suitable for gifting
Flatlocked seams in high-friction areas to prevent rubbing
Creased? It falls flat on a hanger without ironing
Lightweight interlock knit — moisture-wicking finish keeps the body cool through long matches

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Borussia Dortmund (2024-2025)
Kit category	Home
Version / fit	Replica / a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear
Fabrication	100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh)
Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard)
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

This is a supporter replica, not a player-issue shirt. The cut is relaxed rather than athletic, so it layers over a tee and does not cling. If you want the skin-tight on-pitch fit, this is not it — and most supporters prefer it that way.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

How it fits and feels

The body is cut a touch longer than standard, which keeps it from riding up when you sit down.

The fabric recovers well from creasing. Pull it out of a drawer and it falls flat without a fight.

Numbering and lettering are heat-pressed with a flexible film that moves with the fabric instead of cracking across it.

Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Borussia Dortmund shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

Good for birthdays, better for the person who mentions Borussia Dortmund in every conversation.

Care and washing

Cold wash, no bleach, no dry cleaning. Iron inside out and never directly over the crest or numbering.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

True to size with a relaxed fit. If you are between two sizes, go down for a closer fit or up if you plan to layer. Full measurements are on our size guide page.

Common questions

Do you offer long-sleeve versions of this jersey?

Some Bundesliga styles carry a long-sleeve variant and some do not. Search Borussia Dortmund long sleeve in our store, or contact us — we check current inventory rather than guessing.

Which size should I order for a growing child?

Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) with growth room built in. If between sizes, size up; the cut stays wearable rather than baggy.

How should I wash this jersey?

Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry. Turn it inside out first — that single step protects Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing more than any wash setting.

From our team to yours

Before anything leaves, a real person looks at it. If a crest sits crooked or a seam looks wrong, it does not ship — it gets swapped out first.
