Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

Design accents: Home colourway, Stitched tackle-twill lettering

How it fits and feels

It holds its shape through a full day of wear — no sagging at the knees of the sleeves, no stretching at the collar.

Recycled polyester knit with moisture-wicking finish. It moves sweat away from the skin and dries faster than cotton, which matters more than most buyers expect.

Inside seams are overlocked rather than raw, so nothing frays into the wash.

Where you will wear it

Suitable for the stands, the warm-up and everything after. Training days, game days and ordinary weekends all work.

Care and washing

The print is rated for around fifty domestic washes when washed cold and dried naturally. Tumble drying roughly halves that.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizes run true in a relaxed supporter cut — measure a shirt you already own flat across the chest and match it to our size guide. Between sizes and want it closer? Take the smaller one.

Common questions

Are these officially licensed team jerseys?

We are an independent retailer. Borussia Dortmund supporter versions offer the look and comfort without official licensing costs passed on to you.

Is it packaged suitably for giving as a gift?

Yes — plain outer packaging and no invoice in the box. Nothing reveals the price if you are gifting it.

Does the colour fade over time?

Slowly and evenly at worst. Washing inside out in cold water keeps the the dye stable far longer than warm cycles, which is what actually strips dye.

From our team to yours

We do not claim to be an official club retailer. What we do claim is that the shirt you receive matches the photos, fits as described, and gets fixed if it does not.
