      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Borussia Dortmund Home Shirt 2024-2025

Some shirts are for photographs. This one is for actually wearing — long sessions, long days, and everything in between.

One of us owns this in two sizes — one for matchdays, one that has given up pretending and lives on the sofa.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Mesh side panels positioned where heat actually builds
      • Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
      • Machine washable at 30°C — no special care required
      • Crest sealed at the edges so it will not lift after washing
      • Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting

      Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

      Name & number detail

The back carries {players} official-style name and number, heat-applied with flexible film that stays soft and resists splitting.

Design accents: Stitched tackle-twill lettering, Home colourway

      How it fits and feels

Relaxed but not baggy. The difference matters: this one holds a line rather than hanging off you.

A double-knit body with mesh inserts under the arms and along the sides. The panels are functional, not decorative — they are where you actually ventilate.

Heat-pressed detailing is applied at a lower temperature than usual, which reduces the stiff patch feel some replicas have.

      Where you will wear it

Suitable for the stands, the warm-up and everything after. Training days, game days and ordinary weekends all work.

Gift-friendly because it is a replica: the recipient gets the look without the anxiety of wearing something expensive.

      Care and washing

A short spin cycle is enough. The fabric holds very little water, so it dries quickly without aggressive spinning.

Sizing is consistent across the Bundesliga range, so if you already own a Borussia Dortmund shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Are these officially licensed team jerseys?

We are not an official retailer, and we say so plainly. Borussia Dortmund supporter versions are made for fans who want the colours and design without official licensing markup.

Does the price include taxes or duties?

Listed prices exclude any import duties your country applies. Those are set locally and collected at delivery rather than by us.

How often should I wash it?

Every three or four wears is plenty for most people. Air it between wears rather than defaulting to machine.

      From our team to yours

We do not claim to be an official club retailer. What we do claim is that the shirt you receive matches the photos, fits as described, and gets fixed if it does not.
