      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Borussia Dortmund Training Jersey 2026-2027

The test of a supporter jersey is not the first hour but the fourth. This one is built to stay comfortable well past the final whistle.

One of us owns this in two sizes — one for matchdays, one that has given up pretending and lives on the sofa.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Weighs under 250g — packs flat for travel
      • Machine washable at 30°C — no special care required
      • Creased? It falls flat on a hanger without ironing
      • Crest sealed at the edges so it will not lift after washing
      • Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders

      Before you choose a size

The single most common reason for a return is expecting a player-issue fit. This is the fan cut: comfortable, forgiving, and designed to be worn for hours rather than ninety minutes.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

      Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

Relaxed but not baggy. The difference matters: this one holds a line rather than hanging off you.

Anti-pilling treatment means the surface stays clean after repeated washing rather than developing those small fabric bobbles.

Print registration is tight — the numbers sit square, and the sponsor logo is aligned to the same baseline as the crest.

      Where you will wear it

Equally at home on match day and out of it, which is the point of a supporter jersey rather than a costume.

Comes in standard packaging that survives international shipping without arriving crushed.

      Care and washing

Cold wash, no bleach, no dry cleaning. Iron inside out and never directly over the crest or numbering.

      Common questions
Do you offer long-sleeve versions of this jersey?

Some Bundesliga styles carry a long-sleeve variant and some do not. Search Borussia Dortmund long sleeve in our store, or contact us — we check current inventory rather than guessing.

Do you offer team or squad discounts?

Discounts start from six pieces and scale with quantity. Send your roster and sizes for a proper quote.

      Will it shrink after washing?

Minimal. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry shifts the fit by less than one percent.
