      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Real Madrid Training Jersey 2025-2026

The test of a supporter jersey is not the first hour but the fourth. This one is built to stay comfortable well past the final whistle.

The photos do not quite capture the depth of the Real Madrid colour. People tend to say it looks better in the flesh.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Printed neck tape instead of a scratchy woven label
      • Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders
      • Crest sealed at the edges so it will not lift after washing
      • Dispatched within 7-15 business days
      • Mesh side panels positioned where heat actually builds

      Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

      Name & number detail

Arrives with {players} in official-style lettering across the back — a flexible heat-applied film that resists cracking through the wash.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

The shoulders sit where your shoulders sit. Simple, but a lot of cheaper reproductions get it wrong.

Breathability comes from the knit structure rather than a coating, so it will not wash out over time the way chemical finishes do.

Numbering and lettering are heat-pressed with a flexible film that moves with the fabric instead of cracking across it.

      Where you will wear it

Suitable for the stands, the warm-up and everything after. Training days, game days and ordinary weekends all work.

      Care and washing

Do not iron over the numbering. If it needs pressing, use a cloth barrier or press from the reverse side.

Sizing is consistent across the La Liga range, so if you already own a Real Madrid jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
What makes the youth version different from the adult one?

Same Real Madrid design, different build: Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard), plus a lighter 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) chosen with children in mind. Printing is soft-touch rather than rigid film.

Which size should I order for a growing child?

Start from Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) and consider one size up if they are mid-growth-spurt. Chest measurement is what actually matters.

      What detergent should I use?

Ordinary mild detergent works best. Avoid softener and bleach, both of which damage performance fabric.

      From our team to yours

We are supporters before we are a shop. Someone here actually wears these, which is why we know which cuts run generous and which prints need a gentler wash.
