Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Real Madrid Women's Training Jersey 2025-2026

A good jersey earns its place by surviving a full day of it — the warm-up, the match itself, and the walk back afterwards.

The photos do not quite capture the depth of the Real Madrid colour. People tend to say it looks better in the flesh.

Why supporters pick this one

Mesh side panels positioned where heat actually builds
Drops at the back hem to stay put when seated
Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
Odour-resistant finish — better than cotton over a long day
Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Real Madrid (2025-2026)
Kit category	Training
Version / fit	Replica / a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear
Fabrication	100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh)
Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Women's S, M, L, XL, 2XL
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

This is a supporter replica, not a player-issue shirt. The cut is relaxed rather than athletic, so it layers over a tee and does not cling. If you want the skin-tight on-pitch fit, this is not it — and most supporters prefer it that way.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

Name & number detail

Comes ready with {players} across the shoulders in official-style lettering — a flexible print that moves with the fabric instead of cracking.

Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

How it fits and feels

Sizing runs a half-size generous. Most buyers are happy with their usual size; those wanting a slim look often size down.

Colourfast to a standard that holds up after thirty domestic washes without visible shift in the Real Madrid shade.

The crest is applied with a matte finish, so it does not catch the light the way glossy badges do.

Where you will wear it

Equally at home on match day and out of it, which is the point of a supporter jersey rather than a costume.

A reliable present for a La Liga fan who follows Real Madrid specifically rather than the sport generally.

Care and washing

A short spin cycle is enough. The fabric holds very little water, so it dries quickly without aggressive spinning.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the La Liga range, so if you already own a Real Madrid jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

Is this jersey lightweight and breathable?

It is. 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) is the build, with the open-mesh panels placed exactly where heat collects. The body keeps enough density to stay solid under stadium lighting.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Real Madrid hues are matched to the programme's published palette rather than eyeballed, so the shirt reads correctly alongside genuine merchandise.

Can I machine wash it with other clothes?

Yes — just keep it away from abrasive items. Wash with similar-weight clothing inside out.
