Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

All orders qualify for 30-day free returns and exchanges. Free worldwide tracked delivery applies to all orders over $57. If your jersey doesn't fit the way you like, our team will exchange it hassle-free.

Real Madrid Third Shirt 2024-2025

A straightforward Real Madrid shirt that does what it should: fits properly, breathes properly, and looks right under floodlights.

One of us owns this in two sizes — one for matchdays, one that has given up pretending and lives on the sofa.

Why supporters pick this one

Free shipping on orders over $57
Printed neck tape instead of a scratchy woven label
Colourfast dye that holds through repeated washing
Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders
Sizing consistent across the full La Liga range

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Real Madrid (2024-2025)
Kit category	Third
Version / fit	Auth / a closer athletic cut that sits nearer the body
Fabrication	100% performance poly-spandex interlock
Embellishments	Stitched tackle-twill numbering & crest
Fit & sizing	Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard)
Care standard	Cold gentle cycle, do not tumble dry

Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

Design accents: Stitched tackle-twill lettering

How it fits and feels

There is enough length in the body that it stays tucked if you want it tucked, and looks fine untucked if you do not.

The fabric recovers well from creasing. Pull it out of a drawer and it falls flat without a fight.

Numbering uses a stretch film rated to the same elasticity as the base knit, so it flexes instead of splitting.

Where you will wear it

Suitable for the stands, the warm-up and everything after. Training days, game days and ordinary weekends all work.

Care and washing

Machine wash cold at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer and the print will outlast the fabric.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the La Liga range, so if you already own a Real Madrid shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

Can I actually play football in this, or is it just for wearing?

You can train in it — the 100% performance poly-spandex interlock handles sweat and movement fine. The distinction is fit: a closer athletic cut that sits nearer the body is cut for comfort rather than the compression fit competitive players usually want.

Which size should I order for a growing child?

Start from Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) and consider one size up if they are mid-growth-spurt. Chest measurement is what actually matters.

What detergent should I use?

A standard mild liquid detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener — softener coats the mesh and noticeably reduces breathability.
