      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Atletico Madrid Training Shirt 2022-2023

Some shirts are for photographs. This one is for actually wearing — long sessions, long days, and everything in between.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
      • Lightweight interlock knit — moisture-wicking finish keeps the body cool through long matches
      • Anti-pilling treatment keeps the surface looking new
      • 30-day free returns — no restocking fee, no questions
      • Shoulder seams set forward to avoid strap friction

      Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

Cut with a little ease in the waist. It will not cling, and it will not make you look like you borrowed someone else's shirt.

The knit resists snagging better than the open-mesh shirts of previous generations.

Shoulder seams are set slightly forward, which keeps them off the point of the shoulder where straps and bags rub.

      Where you will wear it

Equally at home on match day and out of it, which is the point of a supporter shirt rather than a costume.

      Care and washing

Do not iron over the numbering. If it needs pressing, use a cloth barrier or press from the reverse side.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the La Liga range, so if you already own a Atletico Madrid shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Can I get this in a womens cut?

Availability varies by drop. Where Atletico Madrid has a womens version it appears under Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard); otherwise a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear works well across the unisex range.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Yes — Atletico Madrid specific shades are matched to reference values, which is why our colourways read correctly in photos and in the stands.

Can I machine wash it with other clothes?

Fine with light garments. Avoid heavy denim and anything with zips or Velcro that can scuff the print.

      From our team to yours

We do not claim to be an official club retailer. What we do claim is that the shirt you receive matches the photos, fits as described, and gets fixed if it does not.
