1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

What makes the youth version different from the adult one?

Same Inter X ACG design, different build: Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard), plus a lighter 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) chosen with children in mind. Printing is soft-touch rather than rigid film.

How long does custom printing take?

Printing takes 2–3 working days. Your order then ships on the standard timeline — we do not keep pre-printed names in stock.

How do I remove creases without damaging the print?

Cool iron on the reverse side with a cloth barrier, or steam it hanging. Never press directly onto lettering — that is the fastest way to ruin it.
