Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. Home Shirt 2026-2027

Some shirts are for photographs. This one is for actually wearing — long sessions, long days, and everything in between.

Honest note: the shirt arrives feeling a touch firmer than it will after a few washes. That is normal, and it softens nicely.

Why supporters pick this one

Flatlocked seams in high-friction areas to prevent rubbing
Twin-needle stitched hem and cuffs for longer life
Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side
Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. (2026-2027)
Kit category	Home
Version / fit	Replica / a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear
Fabrication	100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh)
Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard)
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

Name & number detail

Arrives with {players} in official-style lettering across the back — a flexible heat-applied film that resists cracking through the wash.

Design accents: Home colourway

How it fits and feels

It layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching at the elbows, which is more than most supporter shirts manage.

Fabric weight is balanced toward the body rather than the sleeves, so the shirt hangs from the shoulders properly.

Shoulder seams are set slightly forward, which keeps them off the point of the shoulder where straps and bags rub.

Where you will wear it

Equally at home on match day and out of it, which is the point of a supporter shirt rather than a costume.

Care and washing

Thirty degrees, inside out, and away it goes. Avoid fabric softener — it clogs the wicking channels in technical knits.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the EFL League One range, so if you already own a Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

How does NFL sizing compare to football (soccer) sizing?

NFL blocks are boxier; soccer shirts taper more. At Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) this sits between the two. If you own European kits, check our measurements before ordering.

Is it packaged suitably for giving as a gift?

It ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no pricing paperwork inside, so it is safe to hand over as given.

Does the colour fade over time?

Slowly and evenly at worst. Washing inside out in cold water keeps the the dye stable far longer than warm cycles, which is what actually strips dye.
