      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Borussia Dortmund Training Jersey 2026-2027

A good jersey earns its place by surviving a full day of it — the warm-up, the match itself, and the walk back afterwards.

      • Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape
      • Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
      • Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side
      • Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
      • Twin-needle stitched hem and cuffs for longer life

      Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

The silhouette is straight rather than athletic. That is deliberate — it suits more body types and layers more easily in cold weather.

Recycled content does not mean compromised feel here — the yarn is fine-gauge and soft to the touch.

Care and size information is printed inside the neck instead of on a sewn-in label that can be cut out and leave a hole.

      Where you will wear it

Suitable for the stands, the warm-up and everything after. Training days, game days and ordinary weekends all work.

Gift-friendly because it is a replica: the recipient gets the look without the anxiety of wearing something expensive.

      Care and washing

Thirty degrees, inside out, and away it goes. Avoid fabric softener — it clogs the wicking channels in technical knits.

Sizing is consistent across the Bundesliga range, so if you already own a Borussia Dortmund jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Can I get this in a womens cut?

Availability varies by drop. Where Borussia Dortmund has a womens version it appears under Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard); otherwise a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear works well across the unisex range.

Do you offer team or squad discounts?

We price by quantity from six pieces upward. Message us your size breakdown.

      Will it shrink after washing?

Effectively no. Synthetic fibre does not relax like cotton; expect under 1% change with cold washing.

      From our team to yours

We do not claim to be an official club retailer. What we do claim is that the jersey you receive matches the photos, fits as described, and gets fixed if it does not.
