      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Spain Home Shirt 2024-2025

A good jersey earns its place by surviving a full day of it — the warm-up, the match itself, and the walk back afterwards.

We have watched this home colourway divide a group chat. It usually wins people over in person.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Sizing consistent across the full international football range
      • Recycled polyester knit with moisture-wicking finish
      • Official Spain crest with international football colourway and trim detailing
      • Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
      • Anti-pilling treatment keeps the surface looking new

      Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

      How it fits and feels

The cut is relaxed through the shoulders with room across the chest, and a hem that sits where it should whether you are standing in a concourse or sitting in a stand.

Weight sits around 145gsm: heavy enough to hang properly, light enough that you forget you are wearing it by the second half.

The crest is heat-applied rather than embroidered, which keeps it flat against the body and stops it scratching under a jacket.

      Where you will wear it

Works for the match and for the training session beforehand, which is where most Spain supporters actually spend their time.

A safe gift for the Spain supporter who already owns everything, largely because it is the home version they probably do not.

      Care and washing

Wash with the collar buttoned and the shirt turned inside out. It reduces stress on the placket and protects the crest.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the international football range, so if you already own a Spain shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
If a player transfers, does that make the jersey obsolete?

It becomes a time capsule rather than obsolete — plenty of supporters keep them precisely because they date a specific season. Spain colours are what last.

Is it packaged suitably for giving as a gift?

Packaging is discreet with no price documentation enclosed, which makes it straightforward to give.

Should I wash it before the first wear?

A quick cold rinse is reasonable if you have sensitive skin, but it ships clean and ready to wear.

      From our team to yours

Our returns rate sits low, and we would like to keep it that way — which is the honest reason we check each shirt by hand.
