Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

All orders qualify for 30-day free returns and exchanges. Free worldwide tracked delivery applies to all orders over $57. If your jersey doesn't fit the way you like, our team will exchange it hassle-free.

Real Betis Home Jersey 2024-2025

We have watched this home colourway divide a group chat. It usually wins people over in person.

Open-mesh side panels release heat exactly where it builds under stadium lights
30-day free returns — no restocking fee, no questions
Weighs under 250g — packs flat for travel

Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

Open mesh panels sit along the flank and under the arm — the places heat actually builds — while the body keeps enough density to stay opaque.

Name & number detail

Arrives with {players} in official-style lettering across the back — a flexible heat-applied film that resists cracking through the wash.

Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

How it fits and feels

It layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching at the elbows, which is more than most supporter jerseys manage.

Made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, spun into a knit that feels closer to a casual tee than a football shirt.

The crest is applied with a matte finish, so it does not catch the light the way glossy badges do.

Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Real Betis shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

Care and washing

The print is rated for around fifty domestic washes when washed cold and dried naturally. Tumble drying roughly halves that.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the La Liga range, so if you already own a Real Betis jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

Will the fabric be see-through under stadium lights?

It holds opacity. We test 100% performance poly-spandex interlock under direct light because thin white kits are the usual offender, and returning a see-through shirt is nobody's idea of a good week.

Which size should I order for a growing child?

Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) with growth room built in. If between sizes, size up; the cut stays wearable rather than baggy.

How should I wash this jersey?

Cold gentle cycle, do not tumble dry. Inside out, cold, and avoid overloading so the garment can move freely.

From our team to yours

Before anything leaves, a real person looks at it. If a crest sits crooked or a seam looks wrong, it does not ship — it gets swapped out first.
