      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Olympique Lyon Home Shirt 2024-2025

Some shirts are for photographs. This one is for actually wearing — long sessions, long days, and everything in between.

Someone on our team has worn this to a match, a wedding after-party, and a flight. It survived all three.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
      • Colourfast dye that holds through repeated washing
      • Odour-resistant finish — better than cotton over a long day
      • Printed neck tape instead of a scratchy woven label
      • 30-day free returns — no restocking fee, no questions

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

      How it fits and feels

Cut with a little ease in the waist. It will not cling, and it will not make you look like you borrowed someone else's shirt.

The material has a soft hand for something this technical. It does not rustle, and it does not feel plasticky against the skin.

Hem and cuffs are twin-needle stitched. It is a small cost increase that roughly doubles the life of those edges.

      Where you will wear it

Equally at home on match day and out of it, which is the point of a supporter shirt rather than a costume.

Comes in standard packaging that survives international shipping without arriving crushed.

      Care and washing

The print is rated for around fifty domestic washes when washed cold and dried naturally. Tumble drying roughly halves that.

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

True to size with a relaxed fit. If you are between two sizes, go down for a closer fit or up if you plan to layer. Full measurements are on our size guide page.

      Common questions
Do you offer long-sleeve versions of this jersey?

Some Ligue 1 styles carry a long-sleeve variant and some do not. Search Olympique Lyon long sleeve in our store, or contact us — we check current inventory rather than guessing.

Do you offer team or squad discounts?

We price by quantity from six pieces upward. Message us your size breakdown.

What is the best way to store it?

Either method is fine in a dark wardrobe. Direct sunlight through a window is the real risk for long-term storage.

      From our team to yours

We are supporters before we are a shop. Someone here actually wears these, which is why we know which cuts run generous and which prints need a gentler wash.
