Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Jersey Pro Center Fit & Delivery Guarantee

Borussia Dortmund Training Shirt 2024-2025

A straightforward Borussia Dortmund shirt that does what it should: fits properly, breathes properly, and looks right under floodlights.

If you are choosing between this and the home version, the training one is easier to wear with things that are not jeans.

Why supporters pick this one

Ships in plain packaging — suitable for gifting
Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
Cut long enough at the back to stay tucked in when you move
Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Borussia Dortmund (2024-2025)
Kit category	Training
Version / fit	Replica / a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear
Fabrication	100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh)
Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard)
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

Name & number detail

The back carries {players} official-style name and number, heat-applied with flexible film that stays soft and resists splitting.

Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

How it fits and feels

Compared with the player version, this has roughly two inches more in the chest and a noticeably softer shoulder.

Fabric weight is balanced toward the body rather than the sleeves, so the shirt hangs from the shoulders properly.

The crest edge is sealed, which is what stops it lifting at the corners after repeated washing.

Where you will wear it

Works for the match and for the training session beforehand, which is where most Borussia Dortmund supporters actually spend their time.

A reliable present for a Bundesliga fan who follows Borussia Dortmund specifically rather than the sport generally.

Care and washing

Treat any mark early with cold water. Heat sets stains into polyester permanently.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizes run true in a relaxed supporter cut — measure a shirt you already own flat across the chest and match it to our size guide. Between sizes and want it closer? Take the smaller one.

Common questions

Is this jersey lightweight and breathable?

Lightweight by design. 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) breathes well in the stands, on the bus, and on a long afternoon — and the Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) cut leaves room for layering without bulk.

Should I order my usual size or size up?

Your usual size works — a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear already includes wearing ease. Only size up for heavy layering.

Will the numbers fade faster than the shirt itself?

They hold roughly even with the base fabric if you wash cold and dry naturally. Direct heat and tumble drying are what cause premature fading.
