      1. How to Measure

      Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

      Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

      Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

      Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

      Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

      For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

      Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
      When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?

      What makes the youth version different from the adult one?

      The youth cut follows Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) with a softer hand-feel. We also use lower-temperature application for the graphics so they stay flexible after repeated washing.

      Will the printed name crack or peel?

      We use flexible heat-applied film rather than rigid plastisol, so the print flexes with the knit instead of splitting. Wash inside out on a cold cycle.

      Should I wash it before the first wear?

      It is wearable straight away. Some people prefer a cold first wash, which does no harm.
