      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Portugal Youth Home Jersey 2026-2027

This is the youth version of the Portugal jersey — same look, gentler fabric, and a cut that allows room to grow.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
      • Official Portugal crest with international football colourway and trim detailing
      • Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
      • Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape
      • Anti-pilling treatment keeps the surface looking new

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

      Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

      Design accents: Kid-safe soft-touch print

      How it fits and feels

Soft seams sit flat against the skin, so there is nothing to scratch or rub during a long day.

Colourfast to a standard that holds up after thirty domestic washes without visible shift in the Portugal shade.

The collar ribbing is knit separately and joined with a flat seam, which is why it recovers instead of curling.

      Where you will wear it

Easy to layer over a hoodie for school games, Saturday morning practice, or an afternoon in the garden.

A safe gift for the Portugal supporter who already owns everything, largely because it is the home version they probably do not.

      Care and washing

Store on a hanger rather than folded. The knit resists creasing but repeated fold lines do eventually show.

Sizing is consistent across the international football range, so if you already own a Portugal jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Is this an authentic jersey or a supporter replica?

Supporter version. The giveaway is Smooth irritation-free heat transfer graphics — authentic player kits use stitched twill. You also get cut for younger frames with room to grow, whereas player versions fit several sizes tighter.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Colour matching is done against official Portugal references, not approximated. That matters most for away and third kits.

Can I machine wash it with other clothes?

Fine with light garments. Avoid heavy denim and anything with zips or Velcro that can scuff the print.

      From our team to yours

We do not claim to be an official club retailer. What we do claim is that the jersey you receive matches the photos, fits as described, and gets fixed if it does not.
