      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Portugal Home Jersey 2025-2026

A good jersey earns its place by surviving a full day of it — the warm-up, the match itself, and the walk back afterwards.

We get asked whether these run small. They do not — but they are cut for supporters, not for the pitch, so expect room rather than cling.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Printed neck tape instead of a scratchy woven label
      • Ships worldwide with tracking on every order
      • Suitable for matchday, casual wear and five-a-side
      • Machine washable at 30°C — no special care required
      • Free shipping on orders over $57

      Before you choose a size

Compared with the authentic version, this has roughly two inches more in the body and a softer shoulder. It is the one supporters actually wear rather than the one they frame.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

      Name & number detail

The back carries {players} official-style name and number, heat-applied with flexible film that stays soft and resists splitting.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

Relaxed but not baggy. The difference matters: this one holds a line rather than hanging off you.

Weight sits around 145gsm: heavy enough to hang properly, light enough that you forget you are wearing it by the second half.

The crest is applied with a matte finish, so it does not catch the light the way glossy badges do.

      Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Portugal shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

Order early — home kits in popular sizes tend to move faster than the home version.

      Care and washing

Thirty degrees, inside out, and away it goes. Avoid fabric softener — it clogs the wicking channels in technical knits.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the international football range, so if you already own a Portugal jersey you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

      Common questions
Is this an authentic jersey or a supporter replica?

This is the supporter version with Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing, not stitched tackle-twill. It follows Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard) rather than player-issue proportions, which is exactly why it suits matchday wear far better than on-field use.

Does the price include taxes or duties?

Taxes and any import duties depend on your delivery country and are not included in the listed price.

How often should I wash it?

Less than you think. Unless genuinely dirty, airing overnight is kinder to the fabric than another cycle — every wash costs a little lifespan.
