      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Girona Fc Home Shirt 2025-2026

A good jersey earns its place by surviving a full day of it — the warm-up, the match itself, and the walk back afterwards.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Twin-needle stitched hem and cuffs for longer life
      • Fan-version replica — same look as the La Liga kit, cut for everyday wear
      • Recycled polyester knit with moisture-wicking finish
      • Layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching
      • Shoulder seams set forward to avoid strap friction

      Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

Comes ready with {players} across the shoulders in official-style lettering — a flexible print that moves with the fabric instead of cracking.

      Design accents: Home colourway

      How it fits and feels

It is a forgiving fit. Broad shoulders, a longer torso, a bit of extra weight — the pattern accommodates all three without looking shapeless.

Weight sits around 145gsm: heavy enough to hang properly, light enough that you forget you are wearing it by the second half.

The crest edge is sealed, which is what stops it lifting at the corners after repeated washing.

      Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Girona Fc shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

Order early — home kits in popular sizes tend to move faster than the home version.

      Care and washing

Machine wash cold at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer and the print will outlast the fabric.

True to size with a relaxed fit. If you are between two sizes, go down for a closer fit or up if you plan to layer. Full measurements are on our size guide page.

      Common questions
How does this compare to the version sold at the club shop?

Differences are mainly construction: Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing rather than sewn lettering, and a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear rather than athletic compression. Colour matching is deliberately close.

Do you offer team or squad discounts?

Discounts start from six pieces and scale with quantity. Send your roster and sizes for a proper quote.

      Will it shrink after washing?

Minimal. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry shifts the fit by less than one percent.
