      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Benfica Youth Home Kit 2025-2026

Built for younger supporters who want the real thing: proper Benfica colours, a comfortable cut, and room to move in.

The photos do not quite capture the depth of the Benfica colour. People tend to say it looks better in the flesh.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Weighs under 250g — packs flat for travel
      • Stretch knit moves in both directions without losing shape
      • Printed neck tape instead of a scratchy woven label
      • Lightweight interlock knit — moisture-wicking finish keeps the body cool through long matches
      • Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting

      Before you choose a size

The single most common reason for a return is expecting a player-issue fit. This is the fan cut: comfortable, forgiving, and designed to be worn for hours rather than ninety minutes.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

      Name & number detail

Arrives with {players} in official-style lettering across the back — a flexible heat-applied film that resists cracking through the wash.

Design accents: Home colourway, Youth-specific cut

      How it fits and feels

Shoulders are cut generously without looking oversized, and the body has room to layer over a t-shirt.

Mesh panelling is positioned along the flank and under the arm where heat actually builds.

Print registration is tight — the numbers sit square, and the sponsor logo is aligned to the same baseline as the crest.

      Where you will wear it

Light enough for indoor sports halls and warm enough under a jacket on the touchline.

      Care and washing

A short spin cycle is enough. The fabric holds very little water, so it dries quickly without aggressive spinning.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Our sizes follow the standard supporter block: room through the chest, a little extra length in the body. Check the size guide for exact garment measurements before ordering.

      Common questions
What makes the youth version different from the adult one?

Aside from Youth S (8), M (10-12), L (14-16), XL (18-20), the youth version uses a gentler Ultra-soft lightweight breathable polyester and softer print so nothing irritates young skin. The design itself matches the adult Benfica kit.

Do you handle bulk or team orders?

Team orders are welcome from six pieces upward. Contact us with your size breakdown and we will quote.

How do I treat a stain without ruining the print?

Cold water first, gentle dab, then normal wash. Keep any solvent-based remover away from the lettering.
