Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Northern Ireland Women's Home Shirt 2024-2025

Some shirts are for photographs. This one is for actually wearing — long sessions, long days, and everything in between.

Why supporters pick this one

Open-mesh side panels release heat exactly where it builds under stadium lights
Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting
Anti-pilling treatment keeps the surface looking new
Flatlocked seams in high-friction areas to prevent rubbing
Mesh side panels positioned where heat actually builds

Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Women's S, M, L, XL, 2XL
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

This is a supporter replica, not a player-issue shirt. The cut is relaxed rather than athletic, so it layers over a tee and does not cling. If you want the skin-tight on-pitch fit, this is not it — and most supporters prefer it that way.

It will not shrink meaningfully. The recycled polyester is pre-shrunk and dimensionally stable, so a cold wash and natural dry change the fit by less than one percent.

Name & number detail

Comes ready with {players} across the shoulders in official-style lettering — a flexible print that moves with the fabric instead of cracking.

Design accents: Home colourway

How it fits and feels

There is a slight drop at the back hem, so it stays put when you lean forward.

Smooth on the outside, lightly textured on the inside. The contrast helps it sit off the skin rather than against it.

The back neck tape is printed rather than woven, avoiding the scratchy label that irritates some wearers.

Where you will wear it

Works for the match and for the training session beforehand, which is where most Northern Ireland supporters actually spend their time.

Care and washing

Do not iron over the numbering. If it needs pressing, use a cloth barrier or press from the reverse side.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the international football range, so if you already own a Northern Ireland shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

Is this suitable for wearing to a match rather than playing in?

Yes — that is precisely what it is designed for. a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear means comfortable multi-hour wear in a stadium seat without fabric pulling when you move.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Yes — Northern Ireland specific shades are matched to reference values, which is why our colourways read correctly in photos and in the stands.

How long will this jersey realistically last?

Several seasons of regular wear with cold washes and no tumble drying. Most failures come from heat exposure rather than wear.
