      1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

      1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

      2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

      3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

      4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

      5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

      6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

      2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League Cut Style How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer Athletic / Slim Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball Standard / Long Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football Roomy / Boxy Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball Full / Button-Front Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey Very Loose / Generous The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

      14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?
Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.
I am between two sizes — which should I choose?
When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.
      Do jerseys shrink after washing?
No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.
Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?
Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

      Borussia Dortmund Home Jersey 2024-2025

The test of a supporter jersey is not the first hour but the fourth. This one is built to stay comfortable well past the final whistle.

We get asked whether these run small. They do not — but they are cut for supporters, not for the pitch, so expect room rather than cling.

      Why supporters pick this one
      • Sizing consistent across the full Bundesliga range
      • Fan-version replica — same look as the Bundesliga kit, cut for everyday wear
      • Weighs under 250g — packs flat for travel
      • Flatlocked seams in high-friction areas to prevent rubbing
      • Creased? It falls flat on a hanger without ironing

      Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

Sweat moves through the knit instead of sitting on it, which is the difference between comfortable and clammy after an hour in the sun.

      Name & number detail

{players} edition: official-style name and number already on the back, printed with a flexible, wash-resistant film.

      Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

      How it fits and feels

The collar sits flat without gaping, and the ribbing has enough recovery that it will not stretch out after a season.

Colourfast to a standard that holds up after thirty domestic washes without visible shift in the Borussia Dortmund shade.

Numbering and lettering are heat-pressed with a flexible film that moves with the fabric instead of cracking across it.

      Where you will wear it

Wear it in the stands, on the sideline, or around town — it reads as team colours rather than fancy dress.

      Care and washing

A short spin cycle is enough. The fabric holds very little water, so it dries quickly without aggressive spinning.

      Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

True to size with a relaxed fit. If you are between two sizes, go down for a closer fit or up if you plan to layer. Full measurements are on our size guide page.

      Common questions
Will the fabric pill or bobble over time?

Very little. The performance knit in 100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh) resists pilling far better than cotton blends, which is most of why we use it.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Borussia Dortmund hues are matched to the programme's published palette rather than eyeballed, so the shirt reads correctly alongside genuine merchandise.

How long will this jersey realistically last?

Several seasons of regular wear with cold washes and no tumble drying. Most failures come from heat exposure rather than wear.

      From our team to yours
