Jersey Pro Center Size Guide

The right size, the first time. All charts below use international standard body measurements — in inches and centimeters — covering jerseys, shorts, jackets, hoodies and pants across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Soccer.

1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed. Use a soft measuring tape.

1. Chest (Most Important)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Key for shorts & pants.

3. Hips

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes. Crucial for track pants and athletic shorts.

4. Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. Sleeve Length

For long-sleeve jerseys and jackets: measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam (Pants)

Measure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg to find your ideal pant length.

2. Fit by League (Overview)

Each major sports league designs jerseys with a distinct traditional silhouette.

League	Cut Style	How It Should Feel & Fit Advice
Soccer	Athletic / Slim	Close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a streetwear look over t-shirts, size up.
NBA Basketball	Standard / Long	Relaxed through chest and shoulders with an elongated hem. True to size; size up if layering over hoodies.
NFL Football	Roomy / Boxy	Classic oversized game-day cut with broad shoulders. Plenty of room for hoodies. Order true size or size down for tailored fit.
MLB Baseball	Full / Button-Front	Relaxed traditional baseball cut with extra room in chest. True to size; fits comfortably over casual layers.
NHL Hockey	Very Loose / Generous	The loosest cut of all leagues. Wide through body with extra-long sleeves. Never size up; order true size.

14. Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

What if I'm not sure which size to order?

Order the size you think fits best, then simply send us your height, chest, and waist measurements via email to jerseycare@outlook.com. Our specialists will check your dimensions before dispatch and ensure you receive the right fit.

I am between two sizes — which should I choose?

When in doubt, always size up. A slightly roomier jersey is comfortable, breathable, and easy to layer over t-shirts or hoodies. A jersey that is too tight rarely gets worn.

Do jerseys shrink after washing?

No. Our jerseys are made of premium recycled technical polyester mesh which is dimensionally stable and pre-shrunk. As long as you wash in cold water (30°C) and hang dry, shrinkage is less than 1%.

Can I wear an NFL or NHL jersey over a hoodie?

Yes! NFL and NHL jerseys are traditionally cut roomy and boxy specifically for this game-day look. Your normal t-shirt size will easily accommodate a standard hoodie. If you wear an extra-thick fleece hoodie, consider going up one size.

Barcelona Training Shirt 2022-2023

A straightforward Barcelona shirt that does what it should: fits properly, breathes properly, and looks right under floodlights.

This is the shirt our own staff reach for when the fixture list gets busy in August.

Why supporters pick this one

Relaxed supporter fit with room through the chest and shoulders
Odour-resistant finish — better than cotton over a long day
Open-mesh side panels release heat exactly where it builds under stadium lights
Fan-version replica — same look as the La Liga kit, cut for everyday wear
Opacity tested: not see-through under stadium lighting

Specification	Product detail
Team & school	Barcelona (2022-2023)
Kit category	Training
Version / fit	Replica / a relaxed regular fit built for all-day wear
Fabrication	100% breathable recycled polyester (interlock mesh)
Embellishments	Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing
Fit & sizing	Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL (true to US/EU standard)
Care standard	Machine wash cold inside out, hang dry

Before you choose a size

Worth knowing before you buy: player versions are cut slim for the pitch and look wrong on the street. This one uses the supporter block — room through the chest, a little more length, sleeves that finish above the elbow.

The knit is opacity-tested under bright light, so it stays solid rather than going sheer under stadium floodlights or in photographs.

Name & number detail

Official-style {players} lettering is pre-applied across the back with flexible heat film, so it survives repeated washing without peeling.

Design accents: Relaxed regular fit

How it fits and feels

It layers cleanly under a jacket without bunching at the elbows, which is more than most supporter shirts manage.

Mesh panelling is positioned along the flank and under the arm where heat actually builds.

The back neck tape is printed rather than woven, avoiding the scratchy label that irritates some wearers.

Where you will wear it

Lighting is unforgiving on colour, so the Barcelona shade is matched deliberately rather than approximated.

Gift-friendly because it is a replica: the recipient gets the look without the anxiety of wearing something expensive.

Care and washing

Wash with the collar buttoned and the shirt turned inside out. It reduces stress on the placket and protects the crest.

Shipping, sizing and returns

Free shipping on orders over $57 · Flat $7 shipping below $57 · Dispatched in 7-15 business days · 30-day free returns. Prices and the free-shipping threshold are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Sizing is consistent across the La Liga range, so if you already own a Barcelona shirt you know your size. Exact measurements are in the size guide.

Common questions

Does it include sponsor logos and league badges?

It matches the Barcelona design for that season, including sponsor and league graphics via Heat-sealed crest & screen-applied detailing.

Are the team colours matched accurately?

Barcelona hues are matched to the programme's published palette rather than eyeballed, so the shirt reads correctly alongside genuine merchandise.

Can I machine wash it with other clothes?

Yes, though washing with heavy items like denim abrades the print over time. A mixed light load is ideal.

From our team to yours

We are supporters before we are a shop. Someone here actually wears these, which is why we know which cuts run generous and which prints need a gentler wash.
